Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for Hada Labo+ Sensitive Skin Hydrating Cream, its main ingredients should be Hyaluronic Acid and Ceramide as it contains several types each. The INCI list is super long with a lot of humectants and emollients. However, the goodies seem to sit at the bottom of the INCI list while at the top can be seen quite a number of irritating ingredients for the skin. I don't get why there are too many alcohol types used for a cream made for sensitive skin problems. Overall, I don't find the INCI list very promising.

Packaging
It comes in a plastic jar and an outer box. The design is simple and neat and all the information needed are displayed on the outer box packaging.

Texture
The milky cream is thick and viscous but lightweight upon application. It glides and absorbs into the skin well.

Scent-Wise
It has minimal scent to no scent at all

Experience
My past experience with this cream was great. My skin loved it and I finished the tub super quick, however, this new formulation doesn't seem to go well with my skin. I've had this cream for quite a while actually. The first time I used it, my skin stinged so badly, that I had to wash it off. I thought probably my skin was pretty sensitive back then so I gave some time before I tried it again.

The second time I tried was a month later and the same thing happened, so I stopped using it. From time to time, I tried using the cream again especially when my skin was in good condition. But it still stings my skin, so I guess the new formulation for Hada Labo's Sensitive Cream isn't for me. Such a shame though because it worked so great with my skin before.

Overall Thoughts
Hada Labo+ Calming Relief Face Cream may not be for me but it may do wonders for you. Besides, each skin is different so remember that. I have no further say on this as cream as I was not able to use it this time.
