Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for AXIS-Y Advanced Aqua Boosting Ampoule, its main ingredients are Centella Asiatica components, which includes Madecassic Acid, Asiatic Acid, Madecassoside, Asiaticoside. Other than that it contains 10 different types of Hyaluronic Acid which explains deep hydration. Other goodies are Purslane and Vitamin E. Overall the INCI list does look promising without harsh ingredients such as alcohol.
Packaging
It comes in a clear glass bottle with a dropper head. It feels expensive probably because of the glass. The packaging may seem similar to their famous Artichoke Ampoule but the Aqua Boosting Ampoule is rather slimmer and less bulky. The dropper snout is also different but that does not affect its usage. The packaging works fine and the design still carries AXIS-Y's signature.
Texture
This clear watery ampoule absorbs into the skin like water. It's not sticky and feels very lightweight.
Scent-Wise
It has very minimal scent to no scent at all.
Experience
I can't get enough of this, I'm already out of the ampoule. I posted my review a little bit longer than expected as I couldn't focus on work 2 months before. I was in a tough situation and I wasn't taking good care of my skin. However, I did not have a breakout but my skin was dull. I've been only using AXIS-Y's Aqua Toner, Ampoule, Cream and Sunscreen in my skincare morning routine. I'm the type that follows the 10-Korean Skincare Step, but during that time, I had no mood to even think of skincare. I just washed my face and put on basic skincare because I couldn't stand the feel of oily skin when I woke up. Sometimes I even skipped the night skincare routine, which explains why my skin didn't glow.
However, what I want to highlight here is that this hydrating range from AXIS-Y really does provide deep hydration to the skin. My skin proved that when it didn't break out at all even though I took care of it 50% less than my usual routine. Using this range was a quick solution to make sure I did cleanse my face in the morning because applying this range is quick and easy. I just dapped everything on and it absorbs almost instantly. I've been using this for 2 months straight and I have already finished all the bottles.
Overall Thoughts
AXIS-Y Advanced Aqua Boosting Ampoule is a must-have! If you are having problems with finding good skincare to start with, I highly suggest AXIS-Y's Water Your Skin Range. It's just the perfect type of skincare for all skin types, especially dry skin. I wish the ampoule came in a bigger bottle because 30ml is not enough for me. I have indeed added this to Aqua Ampoule to my favourite list.
