Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for Heimish Marine Care Face Oil, its main ingredients are mostly Marine Extracts as antioxidants and Peptides for the skin barrier. The ingredients to highlight are Spirulina Extracts, Plankton Extract, and also Peptides. I'm not really familiar with most of the ingredients in the INCI list but looking it doesn't seem to have many comedogenic ingredients even for an oil, so that's certainly a plus point. However, this oil does contain added fragrances.
Packaging
It comes in a see-through hard plastic bottle with a dropper head. The outer packaging is beautiful so I was kinda expecting the product itself to look lush. However, the plastic bottle just ain't bringing that feel. It feels a bit cheap if comparing it with the price tag. But still, the design is similar to the other products in the range except for the toner.
Texture
The texture is different from most of the common face oil I've used. This face oil is just like water, it's indeed very watery and easy to spill. But even though it's watery doesn't mean that it's not oily, it is. It is a very lightweight oil and it mixes well with most creams especially the Marine Care Cream from its range. This oil absorbs almost instantly into the skin and makes the skin feel instantly hydrated. Since it is an oil, of course, it leaves an oily finish on the skin.
Scent-Wise
It has a strong floral scent to it. Some may find the scent a bit too overwhelming.
Experience
I have used this Multi Face Oil for over a week in my night skincare routine along with the rest of the Marine Care range from Heimish. I did not experience any bad reactions or irritation while of after the application of this oil. Instead, I felt instant hydration and bouncier and plumper skin after I wake up in the morning.
Using this face oil has been really pleasant, as it mixes really well with the Marine Care Cream. Both of these products combined create the perfect balanced texture to apply and level up the hydration it locks into the skin. I can't say I'm not a bit bothered by the oily finish it leaves after application however I got used to it after 3 nights and it didn't seem that bothersome after that. I instantly go to bed after applying my night skincare routine and always look forward to waking up with the feel of deeply moisturized skin.
Overall Thoughts
Heimish Marine Care Deep Moisture Multi Face Oil should be a great face oil to try out, especially for those who are not used to using face oil. This should be a great product to start with as it's not that oily as most face oils, so it'll make it easy for you to get used to the texture and the finish it gives. Even though it's a small bottle, but this could last for over 3 months I guess, because you'll only be needing 3-4 drops for each use. Overall, I find this face oil to be a great face oil to start with if you're new to face oils. Just in case it doesn't work well on your face, you can always use it on other parts of your body.
