Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for Heimish Marine Care Eye Cream, its main ingredients are Seaweed Extract, Shea Butter, Niacinamide and also Marine Extracts. The INCI list is long and I'm unfamiliar with most of the ingredients included so I can't really say much. However, the good ingredients I see are Hyaluronic Acid, Adenosine, Trehalose and even Peptides. Overall, the INCI list looks decent with quite a number of Marine Extracts included, however, it does contain artificial fragrance.

Packaging
Let's appreciate how beautiful the packaging is. The outer packaging is just stunning, I can't find the heart to throw it away. While the product itself comes in a fully covered small plastic tub with a screw lid. The design is similar to their Marine Cream, only it looks like the mini version of it. What's great about this eye cream is that it comes with a cooling eye rollerball as well, to apply the product and help reduce the puffiness under the eyes.

Texture
It's a creamy thick viscous green cream. The rollerball included manages to scoop out just the right amount of product to put on the under eyes. It takes quite some time for the cream to fully absorb into the skin, and it takes quite longer when using the rollerball.

Scent-Wise
It has a strong floral fragrance which could be overwhelming for some people

Experience
I have been using this eye cream for over a week and I did not experience any irritation or bad experience while or after application of the product. I indeed love the experience of using the rollerball at my under eyes every night, it feels soothing and calming. However, I can't really say I see any obvious difference, probably because I need to give this eye cream more time.

Overall Thoughts
Heimish Marine Care Eye Cream for me should be a good eye cream to try out. I know I haven't seen any results yet, but the experience using it is definitely a pleasure. With the rollerball included, this product should be worth it and even though the product is only 30ml, it could probably last more than 3 months as you'll only need less than a pea size every time used. Overall, I'm liking this eye cream for now, but I'll be updating my review on this after 3 months and see how well it worked for me.
