My Thoughts on Cetaphil Sun Light Gel
This is my review of Cetaphil Sun Light Gel reviewSwipe left for more pictures:
Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for Cetaphil Sun SPF50+ Light Gel, its ingredients looks promising with Titanium Dioxide and a bunch of other good sunscreen minerals. However, it does contain alcohol.
Packaging
It comes in a fully covered plastic tube with a flip cap. To me, the size is just perfect to carry around if you're out and about. I have no complaints about the packaging.
Texture
It's a lightweight yellowish cream that's a bit runny. It absorbs quite well into the skin and the white cast is gone within seconds. It feels moisturising after application but it feels a bit oily. It leaves a sheer finish feel to the skin.
Scent-Wise
Minimal scent to no scent at all
Experience
It tones up the skin. Feels super oily after application but it does feel super hydrating as well. I did not experience any bad reaction during or after application. I tried it for a week to realise that I don't really like to use it at home since it makes my skin oily. I haven't tested it out outside since I hardly leave my home anymore. Yes, I have been indoors for ages.
Overall Thoughts
I can't really say I'm a fan of Cetaphil Sun SPF50+ Light Gel, yet it might be a great sunscreen for others. For now, I'll think I'll rather be using this on the body instead of the face.
