What is COSRX Pure Fit Cica Cleanser?
COSRX Pure Fit Cica Cleanser is a low pH daily cleanser. Cosrx mentions it to have a highly concentrated formula that gives the skin a triple calming effect to recover, strengthen weakened skin and temporary relief for sensitive skin.

My Thoughts on COSRX Cica Cleanser

Looking into the full ingredient list of COSRX Pure Fit Cica Cleanser, it's key ingredients are Cica and Bark Extract. I'm a big fan of cica and one of the main reasons I wanted to try out this Pure Fit Cica range was because of the main ingredient. I can say, Cica based products are the most I've tried and owned and I still can't get enough of it. Cica is also known as Centella Asiatica or even tiger grass is a holy grail ingredient for treating acne and its gentle too.
Cosrx Cica Cleanser contains all the extract of Centella Asiatica which is also known as TECA. Their 7-Cica complex is rather similar to Madeca Derma's Revitalising range which uses TECA as its based ingredient.
This cleanser doesn't have a long list of ingredients but with the Cica 7-complex alone, the INCI list already looks strong.
Packaging
I always love COSRX's style of neat and simple design. The cleanser comes in a white plastic tube which is quite bulky. However, I did not experience and spills so the packaging works just fine. I really like that they highlight the INCI list in the design but I wish they would put a complete list instead.
Texture
It has a shiny white cream texture which creates a great amount of foam once mixed with water.
Scent-Wise
It has quite a minty and plant scent. LOL... I'm not sure if you can imagine that, but trust me the scent is quite pleasing, but a bit strong too.
Experience
I started using this cica cleanser together with the whole range of COSRX Pure Fit Cica Range on 21/1/21. Now it's been almost 3 weeks since I've tried it and honestly saying I'm seeing great results.
I'm not showing the results on this post yet, I'll show results in my post for COSRX Pure Fit Cica Serum which I'll be posting around this week.
However, my experience using this cleanser is pleasing. I did not experience any irritations or redness. Its texture creates a nice pleasing wash and it works well with cleansing devices too. My skin after using this does feel a bit dry, but with a quick pat with its toner, it's all good.
Overall Thoughts
Even though I mentioned I'm seeing great results with this Cica Cleanser but I don't think the results would be because of this cleanser alone.
In my opinion, the cleanser would help in cleaning your face especially on days your skin feels sensitive but it wouldn't be a game-changer alone. Unless if you happen to combine this with the right products, this cica cleanser would certainly help clear and soothe the skin but I don't think it would work along to clear out acne. Should be best to use it with its whole set.
