Neogen Dermalogy Probiotics Relief Toning Pad is another toning pad from Neogen you could look forward to. Neogen is famous for their toning pads, this is my first try on their toning pads so I couldn't wait to experience it. Keep on reading for more details on this toning pad and my experience using it.

What is Neogen Probiotics Toning Pad?
Neogen's Probiotic Toning Pad is a toner infused cotton pad. It's another addition to Neogen's signature toning pads that they are famous for. The probiotics toning pad is said to thoroughly fill moisture and soothes the skin texture.

How To Use Neogen's Toning Pads
Great Ingredients
To my shock it contains Rice Ferment Filtrate (Sake), I only noticed after a week using this because I didn't look into the ingredients beforehand. Rice Ferment Filtrate is a highly promising ingredient in the skincare industry and its benefits are widely known. There are a few types of Rice Ferment Filtrate but it's hard to determine which type a brand uses, it's actually not a problem but to Muslims, you should look into more on this.
Anyhow, looking into the ingredient list, it looks amazing! The long list contains great ingredients with a mixture of properties. It's also free from alcohol.
Signature Packaging
I've been following Neogen for a while and they have quite a number of toning pads which are all packed in the same type of hard shell jar with different coloured labels. The probiotics toning pad pattern is a bit different from the rest but it's still packed in the same kind of jar. Inclusive in the jar contains a plastic cover and a 'picker' (gosh I can't seem to figure out the name) LOL... Forgive me.
Anyhow, I love that Neogen thinks further as putting fingers inside the jar would cause it to be unhygienic especially when you're trying to pull out something thin, you'll indeed use fingernails which is full with bacteria. Having this type of packaging will help prolong the lifespan of the product.
Texture, just nice
The texture of the pad is very nice, it's not that soft and not that rough, it's in between. It also has bumpy dots (LOL... forgive me with my language, I can't seem to find the right words). The dots give quite a pleasing feeling while application on the skin.
For the toner, it was all mostly infused in the pads so don't expect a very watery toning pad coming out from the jar. Each cotton pad contains just enough toner to give the skin a bit of hydration boost.
Scent is Lovely
I just love the scent, it smells like bubblegum
Experience
I only used this a couple of times in a week because I'm not really a fan of cotton pads anymore. I've stopped using them for over a year now because I've read that some cotton pads could ruin the skin, so I didn't even bother to research more on that. Besides, I prefer toning to be watery and let all the goodness absorb in even though it takes time, I feel its more refreshing. Yes, that means that's quite a waste of toner because using a cotton pad helps you control the amount of toner and help evenly distribute the water throughout the face. But as I said I don't like that feeling.
Neogen's Relief Toning Pads were quite a good experience. Even though I said that I didn't like using a toner with a cotton pad but Neogen's Toning Pad is quite impressive as even though it ain't that watery, to begin with, the skin is nicely moisturised after application/
Overall Thoughts
I still don't feel using Toning Pads 100% pleasing because after cleansing my face and patting it dry, I have the urge to moisture it up again with a lot of watery goodness and the toning pads doesn't really fulfil that. That's why I only used it a couple of times according to my mood.
