Ingredients
Looking at the full ingredient list for Pixi's Milky Lotion I was already expecting to see quite a number of pore-blocking ingredients as I already know coconut oil and shea butter are one of them but they are highly hydrating. As I went through deeper, I saw this moisturiser also contains quite a number of irritating alcohols that people with sensitive skin should avoid. It also contains fragrance too. However, this hydrating milky lotion contains quite a number of soothing and hydrating ingredients but the main start is, of course, coconut oil. So it not really milk ain't it? LOL...

Packaging
I prefer moisturizers packed in big plastic tubes like this instead of plastic jars. I feel it's more hygienic and easier to protect the product inside especially if it includes active ingredients.

Texture
Imagining a clear white milky cream? Nope, you won't get that. It a brownish coloured light cream that tends to be rather oily upon application. But once you've rubbed it all in, it gives you the softest sensation to your skin like you got your baby skin back. LOL...

Scent-Wise
The first time I scent this it didn't smell good, in fact it kinda has a quite bad scent for me. But while writing this post, I used it again on my hands and somehow I can't remember why I said it smells bad. It actually has a really strong floral kind of fragrance

Experience
When I first used it, I loved loved loved it! It instantly gave my skin deep hydration, I could actually feel my skin feeling so hydrated. It really felt good. I didn't experience any stings or irritation during application so I thought this was great! But, as I mentioned in my previous reviews on this range, acne started to pop out after a week but I'm not sure which product is to blame since I tried the whole range at once. However, I do suspect that it's this Milky Lotion since it contains quite a number of highly comedogenic ingredients which includes their superstar ingredients in this product which is coconut oil and shea butter. Both of these ingredients are wonderful moisturisers but I think my skin can' take it.

Unlike the other products, I don't feel the urge to use this again on my face but I'll probably use this on my hands. This lotion is actually for the face and body. Thank goodness!

Overall Thoughts
It feels very heartbreaking for me because I honestly love how great my skin feels after using this. It really hydrates and gives the skin instant smoothness. But I'm guessing my skin cannot take this after going through the ingredient list as I feel my skin is rather sensitive to comedogenic ingredients no matter how good they are. But still, I'm still in the phase of trying different ingredients so I think it's too early to state that. For those who have no issue with acne, you should probably try this especially for those with dry skin.

My Rate
Rate: 4/5
Repurchase: No but if my skin isn't easily affected by acne, I'll probably repurchase.
